How do I place an order?
Orders may be submitted through our website inquiry form or by email. Once details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to secure your date.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, a minimum of one dozen per flavor is required for all custom orders.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Availability is limited, especially during holidays and peak seasons.
When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. Dates are not reserved without payment.
What flavors do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of classic and specialty flavors, including Chocolate, Vanilla, Funfetti, Cookies & Cream, and seasonal options. Custom flavor requests may be accommodated.
Can I customize colors and designs?
Yes—each order is thoughtfully designed to coordinate with your event. Standard orders include one flavor, up to two colors, and a signature drizzle finish. Additional customization may affect pricing.
How are cake pops packaged?
All cake pops are individually wrapped for freshness and presentation. Optional display boxes and arrangements are available.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is available in Allison Park, PA. Local delivery may be offered for select orders and is subject to availability and distance.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we proudly partner with cafés, boutiques, and events for wholesale offerings. Please contact us directly for more details.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. Please inquire prior to ordering for specific concerns.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes may not be accommodated once your order is confirmed.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations must be made in advance. Orders canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, or once production has begun.
