Ordering & Availability
A minimum of 1–2 weeks’ notice is recommended. All orders are subject to availability, as a limited number of bookings are accepted to maintain quality and attention to detail.

Payment
Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay are accepted in lieu credit card. An invoice will be sent once your order details are finalized, and full payment is required to reserve your date.

Pickup
Pickup details, including the exact location, will be provided upon order confirmation via email or text.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this order request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Order Requests

  • Submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee availability or constitute acceptance of your order.
  • An order is not considered confirmed, accepted, or reserved for pickup or delivery until communication has been established with The Silken Sweet Collection and full payment has been received, approved, and processed.

Communication

  • After your order request is submitted, The Silken Sweet Collection will contact you using the email address and/or phone number provided.
  • If we do not receive a response to our initial email, text message, or other communication within 24–48 hours, your order request will be considered abandoned and will be closed without further follow-up.

Payment

  • Once an invoice has been issued, payment must be received within the timeframe specified on the invoice (typically 36–48 hours, unless otherwise stated).
  • Orders that remain unpaid after the payment deadline will be automatically canceled, and your requested pickup or delivery date will be released to other customers.
  • If you wish to proceed after your order has been canceled, a new order request must be submitted and is subject to current availability.

Availability

  • Because all products are made to order, availability is limited and dates cannot be held without full payment.
  • The Silken Sweet Collection cannot guarantee availability for unpaid or unconfirmed orders.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

  • The Silken Sweet Collection reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that remain unpaid, unresponsive, contain inaccurate information, or cannot be fulfilled as requested.
